E-mail archiving servers allow you to store large amounts of archived e-mails while providing full online access to archives.

E-mail boxes are launched on the server to store archived e-mails – these can be exact matches of the source e-mail boxes. Old emails can be moved to these mailboxes using applications such as Thunderbird, Outlook using IMAP folders. You can also use the mail migrator, which copies all mail from the main e-mail inbox to the backup inbox directly between servers, without using a local computer. This is usually a faster solution. Migrator creates on the backup inbox all folders from the source inbox and copies all emails in these folders (also sent).

Access to the mailbox with archival mail is the same as for a regular email account, you can view and search through applications such as Thunderbird, Outlook on computers or on any application on a mobile device. It’s best to use our webmail application available through a web browser. In this case, you do not need to download the entire archive to your local device, everything is available online, the search for messages is fast and precise.

On e-mail backup servers you can store very large archives, even several dozen GB per inbox, and everything is available in real time after logging into the webmail application without having to download e-mail.

You can create any number of boxes within one hosting account. E-mail from different accounts on different servers can be copied to one archive mailbox or to different mailboxes separately.

Archiving servers have a regular backup of all content. In the event of accidental deletion of messages or server failure, the entire email archive will be restored from a backup in a short time.
